Maintenance Details

We have distributed the compensation for the White Whale Battle that started at 8/26 8:00 PM (JST/ GMT+9).


10,000 Witch Points (first time bonus)

Players will receive the compensation by logging in during the collab event RAID period.


Players playing on Android devices with accounts that logged in to the game between 8:00 PM ~ 8:59 PM (JST/ GMT+9) on Aug 26 but were unable to join the collab event limited RAID BOSS battle because of the bug.

*We have confirmed that Witch Points cannot be transferred properly to the players who have not even once played the event battle up to today.
We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We will be working to fix the problem and we will transfer the Witch Points to the players affected at a later date.

*Players playing on iOS/iPadOS devices who joined the collab event limited RAID BOSS battle and got the first time bonus are not eligible for the compensation.

Rights for Double Witch Point Gain (Max 15 times)

Players will receive the compensation by logging in during the collab event RAID period.


Players playing on Android devices with accounts that logged in to the game between 8:00 PM ~ 8:59 PM (JST/ GMT+9) on Aug 26 but were unable to join the collab event limited RAID BOSS battle because of the bug.

*For players on iOS/iPadOS devices, the number of rights given decreases according to the number of times they have joined the collab event limited RAID BOSS battle.
*For example, if the player has joined the battle 10 times, then he/she will get 5 rights.
*There is no way to check the number of rights for Double Witch Point Gain.

Players playing on Android devices with accounts that logged in to the game between 8:00 PM ~ 8:59 PM (JST/ GMT+9) on Aug 26 but were unable to join the collab event limited RAID BOSS battle because of the bug, therefore were unable to get the "Re:ZERO Collab Daily Bonus 3/3" emblem.

However, players who had joined the battle between 1:00 AM ~ 1:59 AM (JST/ GMT+9) on Aug 27 and got the "Re:ZERO Collab Daily Bonus 3/3" emblem are not eligible for the compensation.
