When the subscription fails to be purchased and renewed properly due to insufficient balance, an "Awaiting Completion" message will appear on the ticket purchase screen.

Please check the purchase details from the Manage subsription page in your Play Store app.

You will be able to continue to process the pending subcription by updating the payment method to a valid one.
