Google and Apple are planning to release [Android 10], [iOS 13] and [iPad OS] in the near future.

We would conduct a compatibility test in sequential order for Toram Online with the operating systems mentioned above as soon as they are released officially.
Therefore, please understand that before the test is completed, we will not be able to support devices powered by one of the operating systems above.

Hence, please refrain from updating the OS before we finish testing the compatibility of Toram Online with all of the operating systems above.

About Account Backup

Please submit your "ASOBIMO Account" beforehand if you have not done so in order to be prepared for unforseen circumstances.


1. Log in to Toram Online using the character which data you wish to transfer.
2. Tap "Menu" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Submit" at the upper left of the screen.
3. Enter your "E-mail Address" and "Password", then tap "Submit".
4. A verification email will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted.
