I am Suzuki, the producer of Toram Online.
I would like to extend my apology for the recurring maintenances within such a short period of time.

Currently, a major network delay that causes the phenomena of failing to load the account data is occurring.
*This issue only causes failure to load the data, however the data are being stored correctly.

We have also confirmed that the data processing has become slower in general since we changed our equipment on Thursday, June 13.

A temporary maintenance to alleviate this problem will be held from 5:00 PM (JST).

Once we settle this matter, as a token of apology, we will distribute the compensation including the compensation for holding a maintenance at dawn (JST) today.

Once again, we are very sorry for the inconvenience caused to all of our loyal players.
