Refund of Spinas Used to Buy "Fur Vest"


Along with the modification, we would like to refund the actual Spinas used to purchase "Fur Vest" to the users who contact us.
If you have used Spinas to purchase "Fur Vest" and want it back, please fill in the following required information and send it to us via "Menu > Orb Shop > Contact Us > Other".

*The Fur Vests will be collected if you wish Spinas to be refunded.
Also, if you don't allow us to collect the Fur Vests, we are unable to refund the Spina.
*If you have purchased the items with the appearance of "Fur Vest" with different stats, the Spinas will not be refunded.

If you have sold additional gear during the following period via trade or consignment system, we would like to restore the equipment.

*The Additional Gear processed, sold at the general stores, or discarded is unable to be restored.

*The restoration will be applied to the account that traded the item.

*If you didn't acquire "Fur Vest" within the following period, we are unable to restore the Additional Gear.

*We will restore the Additional Gear including Appearance, Colors, Crystas, and Refinement Value to the extent that we can restore.

*The Additional Gear will be restored during the maintenance.

Return of Items Used on "Fur Vest"


We will return the following items used on "Fur Vest" to customize/refine it during the period below.

- "Ore Items" and "Support Items (Including Orbs)" used to refine.
- "Extraction Crysta x1" per attached Crysta on "Fur Vest".
- "Extraction Crysta x1" per crysta extraction done to "Fur Vest".
"Extraction Crysta" will be returned even if Orbs were used to extract crystas.
- "Fairy Silk" and "Legendary Silk" used on "Fur Vest"
- The items used via the Signboard System can also be returned.
