We have confirmed that some players are using Mail system as the substitute of Item Storages.

As the result of the investigation, the unexpected number of unreceived gifts is imposing huge loads on the game server.
Also, the players who have a lot of unreceived gifts encounter issues that negatively affect gameplay.

We have discussed this issue and decided to take the following action.

Action

Set the limit number of unreceived gifts to "1000".

NOTES

*Even if you have 1000 or more unreceived gifts in Mailbox, we will not remove the gifts from individual players' accounts.
However, we ask for your cooperation to receive the gifts and reduce the server load.

*If you have 1000 or more unreceived gifts, other players will not be able to send another gift to you.
After the unreceived gifts reach down to 999, you will be able to receive another gift.

*This action has no effect on sending gifts to another player who doesn't have 1000 or more unreceived gifts.

*Presents from Toram Team and Guild Gifts will not be affected by this action.

*The limit of unreceived gifts is subject to change.
