[Important] Regarding the Update to "iOS 10.3"

We have confirmed that the app works with the previous data even if you re-install the app with a device updated to "iOS 10.3".
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.


Currently, we have confirmed a possibility of not being able to use the previous data when the app is deleted and reinstalled on a device that is updated to "iOS 10.3".

Concerning this matter, there is a case that we are unable to restore the deleted data, so please refrain from updating to "iOS 10.3" or deleting the app.

We recommend that you perform below to prepare for unexpected problems.

How to Submit ASOBIMO Account

1. Tap "Menu" > "Settings" > "Account Settings" > "Submit" at the upper left of the screen.
2. Enter your "E-mail Address" and "Password".
Then, tap "Submit".
3. A verification email will be sent to the submitted address.

*If [Error Code 22] shows up when you tap Submit button, your account has already been submitted to ASOBIMO Account.
Therefore, you don't need to proceed with the steps above.
