If I uninstall the app, will my character be erased?
The app preserves the information linked to your character data on the iOS device you are using, therefore, your character will not be erased by uninstalling the app.
Even if you delete the app, you can continue playing the game with the character you had by downloading the app again.
If you initialize the iOS device (Erase All Content and Settings), all the information linked to the character data will be lost and you cannot continue playing the game with the character you have created.
If you want to uninstall the app, please follow the steps below.
*How to Uninstall App (iOS):
1. Tap [Home Button] on your device.
2. Tap and hold the icon of the app.
3. Tap [x] button on the upper left of the icon.
4. Tap [Delete] in the confirmation dialogue.

The data connecting to each character are preserved on the Android device which you are using and the data are used for authentication during login.
Please note that the data are all deleted and you can no longer use the character data if you perform the following actions.

*CLEAR DATA/CLEAR CACHE from Home Screen > Menu > Apps > Toram Online.
*Apps that manage/delete cache are installed.
▼[iOS] Unable to Update the App
I can't update the app on my iOS device.
When you update "Toram Online" on App Store, [OPEN] button may appear instead of [UPDATE] button.
If you encounter this problem, please try the following steps to resolve it.
*Please note that the menu names and display may differ depending on the iOS version.
*Please change the device settings at your own responsibility.
*iOS 13 and iPadOS 13 or higher:
1. Restart the device.
2. Tap [App Store] on the home screen.
3. Tap the account icon on the top right.
4. Swipe down the screen.
5. Confirm [UPCOMING AUTOMATIC UPDATES].
*iOS 11 and 12:
1. Reboot the device.
2. Tap [App Store] on the home screen > Update.
3. Swipe down the screen.
4. Check [Updated Recently].
*iOS 10 or lower:
1. Restart the device.
2. Tap Settings > [iTunes Store & App Store].
3. Tap the Apple ID shown and [Sign Out] button.
4. Tap [Sign In] and enter Apple ID and password.
5. Check the App Store.

I can't update the app on my Android device.
When you update "Toram Online" on Google Play, sometimes only [OPEN] button appears and the app cannot be updated.
If this issue occurs, please try the following steps.

1. Reboot the device.
2. Tap Settings > Apps.
3. Tap Google Play Store.
4. Tap [CLEAR CACHE].
5. Tap [CLEAR DATA].

The issue may be fixed by reacquiring the data on the device.

1. Reboot the device.
2. Start the app.
3. Tap [Reacquire Data] on the loading screen before the title screen.
4. Tap [Yes] on [Reacquire Data] screen.
*If you can log in:
1. Reboot the device.
2. Start the app.
3. Tap Menu > Settings > Reacquire Data.
4. Tap [Yes] on [Restart the App (Reacquire Data)].
